Excel: Accessing Monthly Historical Records & Tracking Cash Cell Value Changes in Sheets

I have been running a sheet for years, in which every month entries are made, practically all values in cash cells.
Does Excel have such a possibility, some records in history, so that I could see what this sheet looked like in the previous month, two months ago and three?
Who asks is not wrong, and as a video editor of the right age, the movie editing programs I worked on recorded the number of back projects specified in the settings, I could easily return to the stage from before, does Excel have such or similar capabilities?

In fact, this is the possibility, but unfortunately this function begins to work from the moment of activating it, and I need to see my sheet from one, two and three months ago, and I did not have such a function and thought - maybe somewhere in the system some archival temp. Excel time dumps.
