For example, in China (unavailable in Poland), but here we don't talk about shopping. A better option is to choose a substitute available in the country. Look for a 3V "low dropout" LDO stabilizer with a current efficiency of minimum 200mA in the SOT-89 housing with the same pin layout.

I suggest you look at the XC6206 and ME6208 datasheet, this is the same system, but different manufacturers. The note specifies the method of marking. The layout in the photo is a 3.0 V stabilizer. There is no point in looking for a layout in the Chinese. It is enough for a colleague to look for a 3.0 V linear stabilizer in the SOT-89 housing, eg RH5RL30AA. You only need to check the pinout in the note.

    Hello
Nevertheless, the systems can be used interchangeably. And this is probably the most important warthog for a friend. By the way, the marking of the XC6208 is inconsistent with the CE mark, as the manufacturer informs about in the note.

    Subject solved
I replaced it with the LD1117 3.3v stabilizer
I couldn't get 3v right away, took a risk and plugged in 3.3v - everything works fine.
Of course, the pins had to be swapped, but I bought the circuit in the TO92 housing anyway, so I soldered the wires and there was no problem with changing the ground input and output.
Thanks to everyone for your help.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around finding a replacement for the 6208A chip. Users suggest alternatives such as the ME6208 and XC6206, noting that while they may be interchangeable, they have different parameters. A suitable substitute is recommended to be a 3V low dropout (LDO) stabilizer in SOT-89 housing with a minimum current efficiency of 200mA. The author ultimately resolves the issue by using an LD1117 3.3V stabilizer, which required pin swapping but functioned correctly in the application.
