    Does anyone have the above mentioned systems to sell? I have a power supply to repair, and I can see that they are only on aliexpress.

    I replaced OB2263 and it does not fit (although the power supply runs on it for 10-15 seconds, the voltage is correct, but the transistor gets DS short-circuits, and strange because it is even cold and without a heat sink) Primary damage - a hole in 220pf / 1KV.
    Now I have ordered an OB2273 and I will see what happens.
    I do not want to change anything and redo anything.

    I have PF6003AHS in SOP8. This OB2263 is different from OB2273.

    Actually, this is different. OB2273 came today, I put it in and the power supply works fine.
    So I can say with full responsibility that it is a 1: 1 replacement for the PF6003AD, and most importantly, that it is easily available.

    I don't need PF6003AD anymore. Best regards.
