    green-yellow - grounding
    black - phase
    blue - neutral
    If it does not start, you will still need a start capacitor between the phase cable and the gray cable.
    First make sure that the motor is powered with 230V voltage because not all motors from the washing machines were powered with such voltage.

    The picture clearly shows that this is a commutator motor where the capacitor is unnecessary. The capacitor is used only with cage motors.
