Whirpool MCA 45/64-148 / WCA12 - How to connect it directly on AC power 220V a

Hi to all,
Recently I stumbled on this forum in hope to get an advice how to connect electromotor from Whirlpool wash machine directly.
Model is from AWO/D 5120 wash machine I think, I can't find exact type since I threw it away, and kept only motor.
on motor it says
MCA 45/64-148 / WCE12
350W, 1.6A

It has 7 wires connector
I would like to use that 400W light regulators to connect it and operate rotation speed with it.
I saw similar post but wiring colors are not same(second picture),
anyone can assist me how to connect this?
