    Hello,
The Samsung CTN 464NC 01 induction hob fell, after checking it turned out that the power transistors + bridge were released. The transistors are: I XGR40N60C2D1 2 pcs and the D26XB60 bridge

I have a question whether and where these elements can be purchased from disassembly, I want to minimize costs. Maybe one of your honorable colleagues will have such elements from disassembly.

All you need to do is enter the name of the transistor in the search engine and you will find out where and for how much you can buy them. My only suggestion is not to buy the cheapest ones, because you can come across a painting and they will fall soon.
If you are repairing an induction hob, you must check the quality of electrolytic capacitors and MKP (the red ones) and the black ones, and the whole thing for "cold solders", especially on the above-mentioned capacitors.
I also recommend that you familiarize yourself with the existing topics about damage to transistors in boards, which was replaced.

Hello, I have the same repair board.

I have the lower right field, and as for the transistors, I will be using STGW39NC60VD. When comparing the parameters, they should do the trick. For them you need to give washers and a good thermal paste. I give Kapton washers and AG Extreme paste. Check (preferably replace) the zener diodes in the IGBT control circuit. It is not yet known whether the inductor fields do not short-circuit when they heat up.
    best regards
