    Hello.

I am a hearing impaired person and I would like to buy a TV that will allow me to divide the sound into headphones (preferably via bluetooth) and speakers on the TV, without connecting additional devices. I need to have TV turned on louder, which unfortunately tires the rest of the household who hear well.

A specialist in one of the large stores advised me the Samsung UE49KU6500 TV. http://www.euro.com.pl/telewizory-led-lcd-plazmowe/samsung-ue49ku6172u.bhtml
I do not know about markings and I do not know how to check if it will work, as described above.
Maybe someone had a similar problem and can recommend a different TV model, and tell you how to check it, what markings?

On your TV, headphone volume control is independent of the speaker volume, unless you have an old TV. When headphones are connected, a volume option appears in the volume menu.
Every flat TV has such possibilities, you can check it by connecting headphones to it.

that is, I understand that according to what you write after connecting the headphones, e.g. via bluetooth (if the TV has bluetooth), I will have the sound in the TV speakers and in the headphones and I will be able to control the volume with both the remote control and the knob on the headphones?

This is for the wired headphone output; I don't know on bluetooth (I didn't check) but it probably won't work like that. This is how the Samsung TV model from 2012 behaves.

The speakers and headphones have two independent adjustments; the volume level can be set on the headphones, e.g. 30 and the speakers 70, the settings are remembered.

The speakers are turned off when the plug is inserted. Headphones and speakers cannot play at the same time.
