Problem with ignition and starting the car.

Auto bought abroad after theft
But probably only after the theoretical theft, Everything in the car seems to be ok.
Engine controller, ignition locks ok, not moved.
Central works but only after the castle, wireless locks do not work
After inserting the ignition key, no reaction, after screwing too.
At the beginning, a new battery and proven fuses. Then I removed the errors in the VCDS steering module block 05.
Removal of the error did not help, so I regenerated the blockade, i.e. the 1055 microswitches were OK, the relay and the motor reactor were replaced, although they did not look damaged.
So I connected the blockade without a column. The tested voltage comes to a blockage. When inserting the key, there is no pulse on the signal cable. After manually unlocking the lock, i.e. turning the motor / mechanism so-called. Undo the key insertion latch There is a pulse on the signal cable to the lock when the key is removed (ie the key switch communication is blocked)
I have no idea what to do next.
Is it worth buying a used blockade, or is coding / adding associated with it?
Do you turn off the blockade, if so what? I have vag commander, vcds, odis, ds-150e at my disposal
I will add that I juxtled 1 i16 pin on the obd, the ignition then appeared, but only the air conditioning module works, no controls on the meter.
After this ignition has been made, diagnostics through the connector is possible, there is a mass of errors, but the deletion does not help. After removal, there is no longer any error in the steering lock.
I also replaced relays 370 and 370 places.
