Hello colleagues, for several days I have been trying to solve the problem of the Peugeot 207 with the Esp indicator burning and error
C1135 steering angle sensor signal error, the car after the bell installation was damaged, now it is repaired, due to the fact that next to me a friend was disassembling such a car into Esp block parts and the switches were substituted from a functioning car, the same error was still measured installation is ok , can from Esp to Bsi also ok, I suppose something else can sow on the net ?? Diagbox during the scan sees the calculator unknown, the sensor cannot be adapted in the previews, it does not see the steering wheel rotation, maybe someone had a similar problem?

This sensor calibrates with the interface with the firmware (i.e. not the usual ELM327 with universal soft).
Probably after changing the switchboard it should be done.

Another thing is when folding and unfolding the steering wheel 360 degrees - maybe this is a problem?

And there remains the sensor damage itself.
I would try to connect with Peugeot interface and look for this sensor in ESP data - check if the reading changes "reasonably" as you turn the steering wheel.

And still the "calculator unknown" with the new computer? (yes BTW their "calculator" is just a computer). Maybe not this version of Diagbox, something with an interface, but in fact either something is sowing on the CAN, or the beam does not touch somewhere and the computer does not get along with the rest of the car?

As I recently checked the Citroen C5, it was no problem that the computer was connected to the computer from the steering wheel and the steering angle was visible.
And from what I can remember, it was necessary to calibrate the steering wheel position for straight driving to make it all work well.

Topic solved Can bus running from the switches was adhered to the ground (error probably made during the replacement of the board by the tinner)
