We have a problem with the aerial platform on the Nissan Cabstar CTE Z19
Basket control and emergency operation from below do not work, leveling on the feet works correctly.
Initially there was a problem with leveling one paw, I unscrewed the ends one had tarnished contacts, now the paws are spread out and all the lights from ready to work are lit and the basket control still does not work. For a few days it worked once, not at all.

All the basket switches work rather because a signal is sent to the box photo 1, 2, 3 and 4 the relevant relays work and light up
LED. Then the voltage also reaches the solenoid valves photo 5, I just did not measure if it reaches the largest on the right photo because I have difficult access

Certainly there is no voltage on the paw-basket divider, i.e. there is a solenoid valve from the paws and there is no basket on the basket photo 6

After releasing the wires, there should be voltage from the EVP 29 B terminal, photo 7, the rest of the box photo 8 and 9
After applying +12 V voltage to the EVP 29 B terminal, the basket works properly but there is a problem as if one of the cylinders is completely folded or unfolded and the pump pressure continues, the pressure slowly increases to 190 bar and the relief valve opens, I note that the basket works correctly and even one relay turns on from lowering the main arm but even when you eat raised the same does not lower.

I would like to ask for help if there is someone indicated in the subject, I still think about whether the light from raising the paw may light up and the controller does not get voltage? Each paw is on three ends, one for folding in the cab control and two for raising and leveling.

    I'm not surprised.
I seem to have a lot of experience in this matter. Life, however, shows that every repaired lift can spoil your blood.
    Schematics are available?
