My mother has LG L2. The phone does not want to turn on, i.e. it turns on as it is at the beginning, only the logo is visible and all the time. In my opinion, the system is down - android. I think I have to upload from the new android. Speak on this topic because I first met this situation and have no idea what to do.
What is best done in this case?

Start by checking if the phone enters the download mode
Press Vol UP and hold it all the time, connect the USB cable to the phone you should receive a DOWNLOAD MODE message.

    1) hold the power button and down (vol -) until the logos lg appears
    2) then release everything and hold down the volume (vol +) and silence (vol -)
It definitely works my phone has started

These activities should I do before the logo appears so at the beginning I have to do it?

It does not work, from the very beginning there is the logo of LG, just like on 57 seconds. As I keep quiet and power, the phone reboots and is still the same. As I press vol + and vol - it's a zero reaction
Maybe there is a different way out?

You need to upload a new soft one and check what voltage the battery has beforehand.

For example, look for a hamtura on hamsters and the battery must be checked with a meter which has a voltage because when it is too small it is the thread from the firmware upload.

The batteries can be recharged externally only, or you can use charged charged only
Because charging with a charger can not do anything

Charges with the charger as I have plugged in it shows that it is charging and when I disconnect it is more

If you're green, it's the same thing because you're bricking the phone, go to the salon's former point and ask for a vipe data factory reset

    Added after 3 [minutes]:

And if you do not win any uncertain roms

Topic summary

The LG L2 is experiencing a boot loop issue, where it only displays the LG logo and fails to fully power on. Users suggest attempting to enter download mode by holding the volume up button while connecting the USB cable. Another method involves holding the power and volume down buttons until the LG logo appears, then switching to volume up and volume down. If these methods fail, it is recommended to check the battery voltage and consider re-flashing the firmware. Users also mention the importance of ensuring the battery is adequately charged, as low voltage can hinder the firmware upload process. If the user is inexperienced, seeking professional help for a factory reset or firmware installation is advised.
