Check if the phone is in download mode: Remove the batteries from the phone and put them back in, on the phone press and hold the volume up button and connect the USB cable to the phone, still holding the volume up button until the message Download Mode appears.

Upload software, even original LG software updater, full of manuals on the internet. Google and search option

If you can upload. A large proportion of these phones have a flaw and do not accept software. It starts with application errors, then the soft spills out and the phone dies.
