If the vehicle is for you proof or contract you can register for a monument but I do not recommend it cost about 800 PLN if I remember correctly and what's worse partially the vehicle belongs to the state is its co-owner and wanting to carry out repairs you must get the consent of the conservator.
The second thing, but only I heard that there is some possibility to register on white sheets but a special review should be given to someone who did it or go to the communication department.

It's a little lime buddy because from the new year entered the recipe from motorcycles with a carburetor will not be able to be registered. That is why most of the sellers registered in the store to be able to sell. Unless you find a legal loophole. or historic sites this provision does not apply.

That is the new law, but maybe you can attach a new registration under the fact that the motorcycle was once registered and is a monument.

you must have continuity of contracts, first of all. the lack of one contract and the vehicle is not possible to register. you have the proof with the cut corner, because someone has checked out, and you must have a contract with this man that you bought it from him.
I do not know how it is with motorcycles, but in Poland there is such a DEBIL law that you can not register a checked-in car unless: as a monument, or it is a free / special vehicle / is recovered after theft.

And as for the carburettor, you can always think about moving the engine for the duration of the test. Many ride scooters 125 and more and have proof 50cc

Hi. I have old proof for the owner X, who is already dead. The family showed me the second owner, whom the motor sold. This contract is registered in the old files of the communication department, but the other owner has never reclassified the motorcycle. I bought this motorcycle from him and now my question is whether the communication department will not create problems.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the challenges of registering a WSK 125 motorcycle with old proof of ownership that lacks a corner means checked out. Participants highlight the legal requirements for registration, emphasizing the necessity of continuity in ownership contracts. It is noted that if the motorcycle is classified as a monument, it may be possible to register it despite the missing documentation. However, there are concerns regarding the vehicle's co-ownership with the state and the need for consent for repairs. New regulations affecting carbureted motorcycles complicate the registration process, and suggestions include exploring legal loopholes or temporarily modifying the engine for testing purposes. The issue of dealing with deceased previous owners and the implications for registration is also raised.
