    Hello,

I have a problem as in the subject. Checked diodes, substituted electrolytes, swap mosfet, swap MKT and of course the COB itself. After connecting it flashes with a frequency of approx. Once every 1s. No load, 42.2 V under load, measuring 26 V diode contacts. I measured resistances and capacitors in smd, no short circuits, resistances are normal. The driver itself is OB3330. Is it possible that it is damaged?

As the electrolyte capacity at the output increases, the flashing frequency decreases, but that's no wonder. Where to find the reason

How did you load the inverter itself?

Check carefully, long-term operation of COB on another power supply on nominal parameters. Only in this way can you be sure of its condition.

Did you also check the one at R19?
What about the voltage at the electrolytic capacitor at the controller? I am asking for an average value (it flies in time with the diode flashing).

So my mistake and my lack of self-confidence :) Driver OK, six COBs down. Subject to close.

The most common fault, so it's always worth substituting a resistive load with parameters corresponding to the nominal LED parameters.
