In my dad's old computer, I took out the batteries from the BIOS for about 1 minute. The computer has been out of power for several years. Dad says "damn it hit" and that it required a BIOS. I am attaching a photo of the disc, I don't know the model. I am asking for help what happened and how to fix it!

    The battery is CR2032:

Take out the battery and see if the disc works, a battery is not necessary for this purpose.

If this is not a problem, I will throw a photo around 19:00. The computer was unused because it "spilled" software. I suspect it is a BIOS. I wanted to replace the battery, but after a minute I realized that I did not put it. Did these actions really remove BIOS?

No way. This battery has nothing to do with the BIOS. Powers real-time generator and maintains CMOS memory.

Did the falling of this battery cause the computer to be "sprinkled"? If so, will her exchange do everything?

    No.

Rather not, but you can try.

This is an old disc and it may happen that you need to set something in the BIOS.
Removing the battery caused that you lost your saved settings, and the default may not want to move.
We still don't know how it manifests itself as "sprinkling".
Is the board booting enough to enter the BIOS options?

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a user who removed the BIOS battery (CR2032) from an old computer for about a minute, leading to concerns about potential BIOS issues. Responses clarify that the battery primarily powers the real-time clock and maintains CMOS settings, and its removal does not erase the BIOS itself. The user is advised to check the computer's functionality after replacing the battery and to provide more details about the malfunction, particularly what is meant by "sprinkling." It is suggested that the computer may require BIOS settings adjustments due to the loss of saved configurations after battery removal.
