Intercom Beeps for Every Code Entry, Not Just Mine: Equipment Replacement?

How can I make my replacement intercom stop beeping for every valid code entry and only signal my own apartment?

Set the apartment number in the uniphone with the internal jumpers; the jumpers are not a “code” but the physical address of the handset, and their values (1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128) must sum to your apartment number [#16326710] [#16331853] The replacement unit also has to be compatible with the building’s ACO digital system; the thread notes that an ORNO OR-AD-5002 will not work properly with ACO, so a compatible ACO digital uniphone or installer-installed replacement may be needed [#16327557] [#16327682] In the end, the problem was solved by setting the jumpers correctly [#16331912]

    Good day.
    The problem is as follows.
I have an intercom at home, the principle of which is that when someone enters a code, this beeps, then I know that someone is coming. The problem is that I replaced the intercom and now it beeps every time anyone types the code to themselves. that is, it does not have to enter the correct mine, only any one that opens the door. In a word, the neighbor enters the house, I can hear it .. can I do something about it, is this equipment for replacement ??
Thanks in advance for the tips.

Enter the type of intercom, you may need to set the apartment number on the jumpers inside it.

Since my knowledge in this area is poor (not to say any), I entered a 2-wire intercom in the search engine (because such a cable protruded from the wall and so was suggested by a friend who works a bit on electricity). also, most likely, I bought the incompatible ..; /
the control panel has only the "ACO" designation.

Orno will not work properly with ACO. Report to the building administrator that you want to replace the intercom, the installer will come and put it on. You can also enter "ACO digital uniphone" on the alert

    Exactly.
As it turns out, the internet can be disastrous, and a friend "dealing with a bit of electricity" of little use :)

    You need a uniphone, eg INS-UP720B http://tinyurl.com/j6e72s7

And the line voltage is there and the polarity is OK?
Remember to set the apartment number with jumpers.

voltage on the line and polarity is ok, but I am interested in these jumpers .. they are inserted in 1,2,4,8,16,32,64 (such values are given with them) Intercom Beeps for Every Code Entry, Not Just Mine: Equipment Replacement? ... there are still places for jumpers at 128 and 3 places for test.

And here's the problem. The jumpers address the uniphone (they indicate the number at which it is to be activated). The sum of the jumpers is supposed to give the apartment number, so e.g. for apartment number 20 we only assume (!)

Maybe I wrote it wrong, but I suggested that the number was not set, only the factory jumpers on number 127 in computers is often a feedback loop.
    So the address 127.0.0.0
So please do not drive for me because not knowing well on the intercoms, I was right, but I have misspelled what I am sorry for.
And I thought that everyone can count 8 bits.

So set this number and don't "loop" :)

    Ok cool no offense. OK.
The most important thing is that the problem is solved.
    And keep it up.
I know that you know the intercoms very well, I only suggested with these bits.
But in the photocopier I'm already good, I always help if I can.

Topic summary

✨ The discussion revolves around a user experiencing issues with a newly installed intercom system (Uniofon ORNO OR-AD-5002) that beeps for every code entry, not just their own. The user initially sought advice on whether the equipment needed replacement. Responses suggested checking the intercom type and setting the apartment number using jumpers. The user later revealed they had purchased a LASKOMEX LM-8/W-6 handset, but it still did not function correctly. After troubleshooting, including verifying line voltage and polarity, the user successfully resolved the issue by correctly setting the jumpers to match their apartment number, which eliminated the unwanted beeping.
