LG 28LB450B: PCMCIA Slot Compatibility with CI Card, Conax System, and NC+ Viewing

Hello.
This TV has a socket described as PCMCIA. Please enter if this is the same as the CI card slot? And does this socket work in the CONAX system?
I am asking because you can't enter chat in LG, I waited over 20 minutes on the phone - with no results. There is nothing on the subject in the manual.
I want to use this TV to watch pre-paid nc + but I don't want an additional box connected to the TV.

After all, I wrote that I will use nc + television which has the option either through a decoder or through the CI CI CAM MODULE. And I prefer the CI module because I will avoid an additional box. I already had such a module and the TV was connected via a coaxial cable from the supplier's network. I understand that the concentrator would be connected to the satellite dish.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

You won't connect a satellite dish to this tv.
The tv must have a DVB-S2 tuner.

The fact that a given provider encodes Channels in Conax or Nagra like Cyfrowy Polsat is not of the slightest importance for tv, because the decoding is done by the card with the module, tv only has to be compatible with such a module and that's it.
