You are not writing if the computer is under warranty. It would be good to have it repaired if it is under warranty.

After removing, I conclude that it is a laptop (because I did not provide a friend of the brand / model). Do you care about the data? If so, you need to check if the disk is visible in the BIOS and then put the SMART disk with MHDD before any actions =>
