Since yesterday I have a problem with the computer (windows 7). Namely, when I turn it on it constantly restarts. It looks like. I turn on the computer, a black screen with white text appears (normally, it's always like that), I press Enter to turn it on and at this moment it says "starting windows", there are 3 loading dots and the computer turns off and resets, because it turns itself on again ... and so over and over again. I started Bios, but the moment the blue window popped out ... nothing can be done. It is written to press a key, probably F2 or some other F, but after clicking nothing is still happening, even after 15 minutes.
What to do? Suddenly it happened. The day before last night I used a computer, and yesterday when I wanted to turn on in the afternoon it was impossible.
I have already looked in the forum for similar problems, but unfortunately I did not find this problem.

In my humble experience: It could be damage to the "bootloader", the beginning of the end of the disk, a power supply failure, problems with memory, the state after the Windows update and what else you can think of. Oh, provide the technical specifications of the computer, because you will be professionally populated. Simple, initial diagnostics can be done like this: disconnect the hard disk (s) - power supply and signals, and then try to boot the computer from some "live" disc, eg SystemRescueCD. The rest of the advice depends on how the situation develops. Krzysztof Podstawa

    Hello,
provide more accurate data about your computer, provide a smart disk - you have 99% problems with it, the system cannot boot because some file is unavailable - damaged or lost file or worse, the disk already has bad sectors.
Since you can't boot to win7 you have to use a different USB system, e.g. linux, to see smart, another option is to remove the disk and test with a friend.
    best regards

Before Windows starts, press F8, from the menu, choose not to restart in the event of an error. Start booting the system in this way, this time it should hang on some information screen, the content of which may be worth paying attention to when diagnosing such a fault.
