With this large flap locking, it looks like the UCH is giving a nap. on the lock of the small flap while blocking the opening. large until the small limit switch shows that the damper has been opened and then closed. In my case, damage to the lock motor causes the limit switch to be immobile, so the UCH is waiting and the big one is blocked.
