You can try to do a full reset. Hold reset until the red indicator (ALM) goes out completely. Just remember that you will lose all settings!

Your provider has probably changed the password, the ont endings passwords are set on the dasana olta.

Okay now I have another problem that I have crashed over the option 10 times and didn't find a UPnP option that I would like to enable.
