Hello, I have a problem logging in to the router page.
I am connected by a cable and when I enter the site I have to enter the password and here there is a problem, I enter various combinations of the type admin / admin user / user etc. and none of them is correct. The router manual says that the login and password is user / 1234 and this also does not work.

    Router Model: DASAN H660RW

Below I add a picture of the bottom of the router and the controls.

I have a router for some year when it comes to operation, everything is fine, I just wanted to change the Wi-Fi password.
The router was installed by a company that provides me with internet and telephone.

I don't have Explorer because I have Windows 10 and this browser has been removed by me. I only have Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

Internet (www) browsers you have, then 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1, you should see the login page for Router, login as unchanged admin and admin password.

    I removed Explorer because I didn't use it, I don't use it and I won't use it.

There should be a reset button, if you do not know the login and password and changed, then the reset will restore the standard login and password. you will then have to do the configuration again.

If the default passwords and logins don't work, maybe your ISP has set its own. Is your router yours, did you receive it from the provider? In the latter case, you'll only be a user, so you may need to call a technician from the company for any configuration changes. You say that it makes no sense etc. But it has a very big plus, which is that without a login and password you will not log in, so you will not bury in the settings, and you will not make a complaint that it doesn't work, that you pay for it it worked, etc. People don't know each other but, despite the lack of knowledge, they like to improve something, modify it in their own way. The company defends itself against this. Restoring the factory settings will help you log in, but you will lose all the configuration, which means that you may find yourself offline for a few days, because this week there are only 3 working days, so what if you have changed your wifi password to any way you like if you don't connect to the internet.

Topic summary

The user is experiencing difficulties logging into the DASAN H660RW router's web interface, despite being connected via cable and attempting various default username/password combinations, including "user/1234" as per the router manual. The router has been in use for about a year, and the user wishes to change the Wi-Fi password. Suggestions from other forum members include trying different IP addresses (192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1) for access, checking if the ISP has set a custom login, and using the reset button to restore factory settings if the login credentials are unknown. However, resetting the router would require reconfiguration and could lead to temporary internet downtime.
