E46 Transponder Copying: Using Smart ZED BULL for N42B20 Engine to Assign New Key Code

Hello. colleagues, I have a question, I bought a new key with a stone for the e46 polift with the n42b20 engine and I bought a device called Smart ZED BULL.
Let's say that I was able to assign the code from the old key to the new seed, but the car still does not start, do I have to assign a new seed to the driver in the car?

Is it only reading from the key or was the device connected to the car and is it reading from the car or from the EWS file?
