    Hello!
I hope it is a good department. I have had IV for a month, I noticed that it is quite hard to run, with great emphasis on the first gear (it cuts halfway and you have to use force to enter, but not always). Twice while driving one, I had a rasp. I opened the mask today and I have questions:

    1. what is the part and where can you get it? - it is cracked (photo 4, 1a, 2)
    2. Is it possible that it is because of her runs that are hard to come by?
    3. what could be the other reasons for a hard falling one? (they enter a hard or warm or cold engine) - please help me

It is called the "foot of slip". I would ask for further questions

Yes, this is the VW / Audi shoe slip on the auctions for about PLN 20, even the original VW, but you can not replace it and the new selector is the same, only when it grinds the problem is the worn synchronizer and not the gear shift mechanisms.
You could still flood the boxes with original oil for VW boxes, but if it's not warm on the warm one, I do not know if it will help.
Just to regenerate the chest or after the symbol, another used or regenerated with exchange / deposit

You can also mount a different box, after all, people combine from TDI to gasoline, etc ..

I had similarly in A3 but in my case there was a massacre on my face, after changing the oil (I think it was mineral there :D ) how he took it away.
In general, these gears, somehow super, do not come in the sense that there is not much to jump like in the new VAG cars, but ... there is no way to grasp about grinding.

    And the clutch is healthy?

hello I see that polo lessons have been learned for good day, do not worry about me blocking me, but to heal all this lever is a stake, this ternamid element is a slide, all parts are available, listen to what I tell you from pictures it is not the reason , on the remote control links, check how the selector walks, then check how the leaker gears change, then the oil in the box, I put the clutch in person, greetings

@ Coupler and clusters were exchanged some 1.5 years ago.

@ diesel022782 I do not really know how to "play" with these links, etc.

but use the same lever to move or float to eliminate it

Take away the lines and see how physically the gears come directly from the selector level.

Noto, just decide to pull out the links with the jack and put on the gear selector.

Thanks for the hints, I made small adjustments and it is better. If I have time, I will do as you wrote and let me know

Topic summary
