Hello - I have a strange problem - something strange has already happened for the third time - the computer automatically deletes files from the desktop from time to time - leaving only system shortcuts - before I thought that maybe someone deleted something by accident - luckily nothing important was there - but who knows what will disappear next time ......

The situation repeats itself from time to time - I saw it LIVE yesterday - the desktop suddenly refreshed - erasing everything except shortcuts - folders, files in all extensions flew and my computer, basket, etc ..... remained

What could be the reason ??

On my laptop with windows 10 everything disappeared from the desktop from time to time and then when the new folder was made, it returned. It repaired itself or some windows update :) . Do you have windows updates installed?

The disk is ok, no viruses - an interesting fact ..... I have already decided to re-install it after 5 years :)
