    Hello.
I downloaded some files from the network and Windows reported a message, there is no disk space.
Meanwhile, I often clean the basket and system with CCcleanera.
I have a 1TB disk and files that are on the disk are not able to take up so much space.
Analysis of the disk usage with CCcleaner showed that the system shows a large space occupancy, but if you look at the files, there is no way that it takes so much. The basket is empty.
    How to solve this problem?

Hello. How much disk partition you have. Show partition properties C.

Please use https://windirstat.net/ and not CCleanera, from which the dump nothing or almost nothing results. Ew. you can use Glary Utilities - module: Disk Usage Analyzer (free version is enough for this purpose). This program (and module) allows you to trace all occupations by name and size in an easier way than Windirstat.

In such cases the checkdisk program often helps.
Under Windows 10, right click the Start button in the lower left corner and select from the list
"Command prompt (administrator)". Then confirm the elevation of the administrator rights by clicking Yes.
In the console window, enter: chkdsk c: / F - if your partition is c:
Confirm scheduled file system check after reboot - Y.
System restart and waiting for repair. With a lot of errors it may take a while.
    Should help.

Glary Utilities found something like this:

Windows 10 - Disk Space Full Error, 1TB Drive, Usage Analysis Misleading, CCleaner Results Windows 10 - Disk Space Full Error, 1TB Drive, Usage Analysis Misleading, CCleaner Results

What is this and can it be deleted?

You can delete, these are logs. The question is why this device is so talkative.
It looks like the position log from the GPS device.

OK thanks. It's weird because I do not have GPS.
And how to show this folder in the file overview? Because it is more hidden than the law provides:

    Hidden folders included?

Nice. I did not know that the total Comander also works (in previous systems it was not like that).
    Thanks!

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Windows 10 user experiencing a "disk space full" error on a 1TB drive, despite having seemingly low file usage. The user frequently utilizes CCleaner for system cleaning but finds its disk usage analysis misleading. Suggestions include using alternative tools like WinDirStat and Glary Utilities for more accurate disk usage analysis. Additionally, running the checkdisk utility (chkdsk) is recommended to repair potential file system errors. The user later discovers and deletes unnecessary log files, which were identified as taking up space, and learns how to view hidden folders using Total Commander.
