Hello, I have recently decided to completely rebuild the system (just make a complete format). Everything went well until the last step with the installation of the system (windows 7) it was a step called "Finishing the windows installation", after this step my computer always reset and turned on nicely, but not this time. Now, after the restart, it stops immediately on the flashing dash / underscore in the upper left corner and so it flashes endlessly. At first glance, I thought it was the fault of the drive, so I found some old disc with ATA input. I connected it to the motherboard with a tape, I do the system anew, look, no changes, stops on the white line. So I decided to borrow from a friend an unused motherboard with a processor and graphics card, which he used to normally use but wanted to buy newer equipment. I brought the CD with its components, switched over to mine, and I am loading the system - no changes, it still stops on this line (on both disks). So I thought that if the disc, disc, card, card change does not help, maybe it is the most common problem and the Windows board is scratched. So I borrowed another, and surprisingly also to no avail, still a white blinking underline. The only thing I did not try to replace is the drive (LG gh20ns10)
and a power supply (pentagram silent force psf 460 p12s). I am currently in a fix, I do not know what could be the cause of this problem.

I will write my computer specifications here

    Graphics Card: GeForce 8800GT
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8200
    Motherboard: Foxconn P35a-s
Power Supply: Pentagram Silent Force psf 460 p12s
    Drive: LG gh20ns10
Ram: 2 PDC G6400 LLK dice (in one 2GB DDR2 die)
Hard drive (the main one I always use): Seagate Barracuda 500GB
Hard drive( old, with ata input): Western Digital WD400 40GB

    A colleague's computer specification

    Graphics Card: GeForce Galaxy GF7600
    Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-M55S-S3
CPU: AMD, unfortunately I have no idea what exactly, although I don't know if it matters
    Ram: Same as mine (supervisor)

When it comes to the settings in the bios, it looks like this and.imgur.com / iK43MHs.jpg on the second disc also boot CD is set to first.

Maybe I'm just doing something wrong with the installation, I have no idea. As for Windows 7 itself, it is the most original.

Thank you in advance for any willingness to help.

After the reset, it should boot from the disk.
Make memtest86 of this RAM because I also understand it in both devices.
The installation itself can be carried out with a pendrive, but I would be very surprised if the drive failed here.
