Re-caused by mhdd repair of the disk.
    Atypical computer.
    Processor: Intel Xeon E5450
    Motherboard: Abit IP35
Graphic Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 660 TI
    Corsair vx450W power supply
Ram: 2gb ddr2 from GoodRam (computer still in development, so so little)
    Drive: Samsung HD322HJ
Before that, everything was okey. Could removing the battery cause this? Could any settings in the bios have changed?

If the result was the need to reinstall it, it was probably a breakdown, not a repair (not about the program, but about the way / course of its use) ? If MHDD was used, why? Was it clear from SMART that it was damaged ( ONLY ) disk structure without any defects beyond the disk (e.g. chipset or ATA / SATA connector) ?

For sure? Then what is MHDD for?

If the computer was turned off when the battery was removed, the BIOS settings almost certainly changed.

The program was used to try to remove bad sectors on the disk. Yes The battery was removed when the computer was turned off.
    Added after 19 [minutes]:
A friend of mine said yesterday that the computer has a specific system in the bios and that it needs to be set as it is installed. How is it possible?
It is definitely not the fault of the disk because when you try to install windows 7 on others, the same happens.

On other computers or on other drives?

If the program repaired the disk, the system does not need to be reinstalled - just SFC or recovery.

Insert SMART disk e.g. by running MHDD from the disc.

With what effect? Correct bios settings are necessary - for example the disk mode. The important issue is is the original system, without any modifications?
