Multifun Recalart Settings: PID Turbo Set to 5, Desired Temp 65, Oven at 77 & 100% Power

Hello, the problem is that five is set to Pid turbo. 65 is desired and the oven goes 77 degrees and 100 percent power. The house lets 66 degrees return 45 degrees
I set the maximum behind the valve to be 40 degrees but you can see the computer somewhere.
What is wrong ?

I also have Multifuna but in the Metalbet boiler. I tested software releases for different boilers, in each I had a problem with PID (not enough fuel supply). I am currently testing the SAS version of 17/10/2017.
