Samsung UE32F5300 - No Picture, Sound Issues, Backlight On, T-Con Plate Failure Symptoms

I know that similar topics have already been raised but I have a bit different symptoms.
Suddenly the image disappeared, the backlight is on (i.e. the dark image is slightly brighter than when turned off), the sound is. tv connected to the decoder, can be made louder only by the remote control from the decoder, while the tv remote does not respond to volume control. Also, I can't switch to another channel using the decoder remote. I connected to the second decoder and there wasn't even sound there. After studying the forum, it looks like a failure. t-con plates Anyone help before I break something or buy something unnecessarily?

Can I check something here? I'm intermediate but I'm not afraid of any work
