    Hello.
    Similar topic (https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic3300869.html#16241818)
with another PD32AVF_CHS BN44-00493B power supply. The LED controller is IC9101S / SLC1012C has power supply on one 12V foot. On the CN802 connector - 0V and 80V and 178V in relation to ground, the same on C9111 / 33mF200V - 178V. LTJ320HN07-V matrix LED strips operational, replaced SLC1012C.
I am asking for a little "light" on this power supply, because I lost the thread.
    Best regards and thank you.

I will ask how in that topic. Do you have backlight after unpinning MB? You probably don't have one. Look for damage in the backlight. How did you check? Be.

As in the previous topic, I checked the diode by diode, after dismantling the matrix. I also connected an external power supply and had a backlight.
The search circle is limited to the power supply only.

LED TV Samsung UE32EH5300W chassis U78A - no backlight matrix
    - power supply on LED 141V / 260mA

Exchange at the beginning the C9111 (electrolytic)
    - if pin.OVP has more than 2.2V then security works
    Quote:
    Vovp = R10 / (R10 + R2 + R5 + R6) * VLED
/ * see doc. Fig. above

For the DE320BGM-C1 matrix there are 4x lines (10x LEDs in each) connected in series.

C9111 / 33mF200V changed the value to 28mF. After replacing it, the matrix lights up but blinks quickly and after switching it off and on again, it no longer works.
    On OVP, foot 13 SLC1012C - 2.7V.

Either resistors in the divider (especially those with high-ohms) with pin 13 OVP or half (maybe "sits" under voltage)
See what you have like in series with pin.ovp .. and a divider you will give a resistor about 3k

See how you get through the LED links .. depends on (Rsense))> see datasheet
    Maybe IC power supply
Or as a last resort the integrated circuit itself ...

as the backlight turns on for sec. and goes out

    pin.1-12.5-13V without ripple
    pin.2 6.3V,
    pin.8 ADIM (0.2-0.95)
    pin.13 1.8V * operating mode
    pin.16- 1,6V

So I combined and the fault is so simple ...
CM867 / 47mF200V in the power supply, without capacity.
Thank you for your help and best regards.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around troubleshooting a Samsung UE32EH5300W LED TV with a non-functional backlight. The user initially inquired about the power supply issues related to the LED controller IC9101S/SLC1012C, noting various voltage readings on the CN802 connector and C9111 capacitor. Responses included suggestions to check for damage in the backlight and to replace the C9111 electrolytic capacitor. After replacing the capacitor, the matrix lit up but exhibited rapid blinking and subsequently failed. Further advice pointed to potential issues with resistors in the OVP circuit and the power supply IC itself. Ultimately, the fault was identified as a faulty CM867 capacitor in the power supply, which lacked capacity.
