Both work at 144Hz? Are you sure you have it configured correctly? How do you change the monitors in places, the problem remains on the additional monitor or follows the monitor?

the main one works at 144hz because the second monitor does not support 144hz only 60 :) what configuration do you mean?

One is the main screen, the other is the extended desktop? The card properly tears and sets each resolution and refreshing as needed? It is different with different monitors.

This 144Hz per bank can work as 60Hz try to test them the same refresh. This is just my guess, but you can check it out.
The other question you have always had is it working and stopped?

when I connected it, it was so right now I changed the dvi sockets and I think it's good now. What do you think about the HDMI cable to the 60hz monitor? because I am moving the computer to another place and the dvi cable is too short than the 60hz and the HDMI cable will work without interruption with two monitors?

It should - it's the same signal. Just see for yourself that theory practice one another. Supposedly swapping the sockets should not have an effect, and it does, the same can be with HDMI. If you have the option, before buying, just borrow an HDMI cable or a detachment for a test, a tuner or whatever, if you have an HDMI at home.

Cable like a cable. Personally, I don't save on cables (because that's what you buy for half your life) and buy in a local shop, trusting the seller.
It is worth adding - if the monitor is digital, then such a cable will be almost OK for the bank. Cable quality has a greater effect on the analog signal. If it's supposed to be DVI-D that's OK. If DVI-I it can be different.

I have such a problem with connecting the monitor to the laptop and every 2 minutes it cuts off for a while and so what should I do. But if I disconnect the monitor, everything works on the laptop.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a user experiencing stuttering issues on a second monitor (60Hz) while using a primary 144Hz monitor, both connected via DVI to a GeForce GTX 960 graphics card. Initial troubleshooting involved confirming the refresh rates and configurations of both monitors. The user later considered switching to an HDMI cable for the 60Hz monitor due to cable length issues, and responses suggested that HDMI should work without interruptions. The quality of the DVI cable was also discussed, emphasizing the importance of using a good quality cable, especially for digital signals.
