Depending on what kind of fiber optic cable and who it belongs to, it will cost you from PLN 1 (for 24 months) to PLN 50,000

The question is what is an optical fiber because there are several types and many different operators. So the question must be addressed to the owner / operator of the cable or infrastructure.

Optical fiber can even run near the house and nothing will come of it. The question is how it is far to the closest switchboard, switchboard, etc where it will be a fiber optic switch.
It is not a water supply or a gas pipeline, where you can plug in a pipe anywhere.
Secondly, this optical fiber can be used by the operator for a purpose other than the internet.

So, direct the question to Orange. We will not tell you anything specific about this topic on the forum.

Well, we do not know how much it can cost. We know, however, that depending on what is the optical fiber the nearest point in which one can connect can be kilometers further.

And if it is Orange then you go to the customer service office and ask for an internet offer at your address.

Not 300m just "probably" 300m, because as you write, you do not know what kind of well it is and what is the optical fiber.
And even Orange will not build a 300m connection for one house. Even if there were 20 houses at the end, they will not build themselves. These are costs of several tens of thousands of PLN depending on the area. Sorry, we have a country like that. Maps, projects, permits, agreements.

Go and ask. On their website there is also a search engine for service availability by address. What I do not know.

I close the topic because further discussion does not make sense. @ mateuszb6 please contact the operator.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the costs and logistics of connecting a home to an optical fiber network located 300 meters from the nearest road. Responses indicate that costs can vary significantly, ranging from PLN 1 to PLN 50,000, depending on the type of fiber optic cable and the service provider. The importance of identifying the specific type of fiber and the operator is emphasized, as different operators may have different infrastructure and policies. The operator mentioned is Orange, and it is suggested that the user contact them directly for a precise quote and service availability. Concerns are raised about the feasibility of connecting a single house to the fiber network, as it may not be economically viable for the operator to extend the connection for just one residence.
