Passat B6 2.0 FSI: Multi-Cylinder Ignition Loss, Coil Swap, Error Codes & Flap Position Sensor

Hello topic quite a strange guy came from Check errors as below I deleted the errors I fired had a large ignition loss on the 4th cylinder I exchanged coils with the 3rd cylinder and calm is again falling out of the 1 Cylinder and a very large ignition loss count after a while random falling out on subsequent cylinders.


Anyone had a similar case ??

At times, the ignition does not count, and everything is ok

you probably need to regenerate or replace the air intake flaps.
Ignition loss may also, although rarely, indicate the formation of cracks in the engine block

I found the reason, it turned out that when the flaps go, when controlling the flaps there is damage and pulls the left air and the flaps in the middle stand in one position I go for a collector 1430 PLN ASO and it must be ok

you don't have to buy a collector for 1430 PLN

Subject completed collector changed to new and everything is ok. For me, there was a constant left air when controlling the flaps, it was not heard until after placing my finger, I could feel my finger being drawn.
