    Hello
I'm having trouble with bugs in Man TGL 12.250. Errors 3257, 3650, 3209, 3519, 3207, 3522, 3002, probably several of them are from one fault, but I don't know which one exactly.

    Mistake:
3257 - applies to EBS, pressure control module, rear axle right; impulse ring error
3209 - pressure regulation module, rear axle on the left; no valid definition
3207- pressure regulation module, rear axle on the left; impulse ring error, left wheel sensor
3002 - damaged control device; unknown uC interrupt, timeout during data exchange, uC active or passive
3519 - Wheel rotation sensor, error during the last connection cycle
    3522 - diagnostic mode active
3650 - CAN semi-trailer interface, partial or complete failure of the tractor-semi-trailer interface.
All errors are related to EBS.

Thanks a lot. What can I do with it or replace it?

Such a flood of errors concerning one system is probably not a coincidence. What has been done so far?

    Check:
    - EBS sensors for resistance and damage on both sides, right / left
    - wires of these sensors for damage, abrasions, breaks
    - impulse rings in both hubs, whether they are not damaged, crooked, corroded
    - there are no play in the hubs, because maybe the bearings are ending and thus the gap between the sensor and the impulse wheel has increased
    - EBS socket and cable semi-trailer - tractor for abrasions and corrosion, if the EBS socket or plug is green, it must be repaired / replaced.

That's it for the beginning. Oh, and check the brake pad wear sensors and their wiring.

By my understanding, when removing or installing the brake disc, you damaged the pulse generator ring or you did not clean it with a wire brush. If rust gets into the pulser wheel gap, the sensor will read it as an error or even if you accidentally treated the ring with a hammer, the effect will be the same.

I have a problem with the EBS 3522 error and I do not know where to look for the cause.

I know, I read it before and my point is that I don't know where to look for the cause of this error.

Plug in your computer, preferably MAN Cats, and you'll know where the cause is. The scope of this error can be extensive.

To my eye, the controller under the pedal (burnt?). Were there any adventures with the so-called boot device? Any visible symptoms? Check that the brake lights do not go out sometimes.

Fault EBS: 03012-03. (MAN 12-240, 2006, Euro3 motor) The fault was deleted, but half sec come back it again. What can be the problem? How can I repair it? Maybe you can help me. Thank you.

The EBS module (A402) is to be replaced. There is probably moisture inside.

    >>21274015 In this car, the EBS module is not the one with the blue connector, and it is not in front of the right seat among the other electronics. But it's on the back of the brake pedal air valve and it's black colored. In principle, it has to be reprogrammed... and I'll let you know how it ended.

Problem solved! Thanks for the helpful advice! Yes, the EBS computer electronics were at fault: The previous owner replaced the brake pedal valve. In this type (12.240 / 2005), the EBS computer is in this brake pedal valve. (A black flat part on the back of the valve.) So not in its usual place in front of the right front seat in the drawers. The entire software was re-adjusted with the factory MAN diagnostic computer. The error is gone! I am happy! Thank you for your help!

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around multiple error codes (3257, 3650, 3209, 3519, 3207, 3522, 3002) encountered in a MAN TGL 12.250 vehicle, primarily related to the Electronic Braking System (EBS). The errors indicate issues with pressure control modules, wheel rotation sensors, and the CAN interface. Users suggest checking EBS sensors, wiring, impulse rings, and the EBS module for damage or corrosion. A specific case highlights that the EBS computer is integrated into the brake pedal valve, which may require reprogramming after replacement. The resolution involved using the MAN diagnostic computer to adjust the software, eliminating the errors.
