Hey,
in my single-family house there is a very old Junkers, still remembering the commune (and maybe martial law), which for 10 years is only suitable for exchange, and for some two years it is already in a completely tragic state (after turning the water in the Junkers tap very slowly and not to boil the water in the pipes you need to shut off the gas supply). Today my mother called me that he burnt with fire and, despite the poor financial situation, they are determined to exchange it.
I would like you to help me choose the best gas instantaneous water heater in terms of quality / price, welcome a high level of safety, reliability and savings.
Parents live in a single-family house (technically speaking in the middle of a semi-detached house), which consists of a basement, ground floor and first floor. If I'm not mistaken then all three floors (and certainly the ground floor and the first floor, but the basement probably also) are attached to the Junkers located on the first floor in the bathroom. Basement of hot water is not needed (although there are two sinks, bathtub and washing machine), on the ground floor (sink, bidet, sink and toilet) nice as if it was hot water, but it is not necessary, and hot water is necessary on the first floor ( basin, bathtub, sink, dishwasher, toilet). It's hard for me to say what power the instantaneous water heater is needed (the toilets are certainly for cold water, the washing machine should also be, and when it comes to the dishwasher, I do not know if there is hot water or only cold water), so I am asking you for advice.
There are three people permanently in the house (my parents and a disabled grandmother who uses only the toilet at most), but during the weekends or holidays, the number of people can go up to 6-7.
It would be brilliant if the whole with the assembly closed in 2000 PLN, but it seems to me that parents would be able to spend ca. 3000 PLN from the poverty (the smaller the hook the better).
What do you recommend?
