    Hello all,

I have quite an urgent problem, I bought a second-hand ACER Iconia One 10 B3-A20 tablet.
After restoring the factory settings, there is a problem, the new installation comes to the authentication where the tablet asks me to enter a gmail email or a phone number that was previously set on this tablet.
I found instructions on how to get to the programmer's options through the tablet information and clicking several times in a certain place, but it does not work for me.
Apparently there is a way around this problem, but I don't know what .....

I am asking you for help, I can even pay for instructions on how to do it ...

I will be extremely obliged for your help.

    greetings
    Arthur

Yes, there are several or even a dozen of these videos on YouTube and they generally all show the same thing. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for me :-(

You can try to upload the new firmware and only then the method from the video. If that doesn't work, you will need to use an appropriate service box.
