Running Developer Options on ACER Iconia ONE 10 B3-A20 After Factory Reset

Hello all,

I have quite an urgent problem, I bought a second-hand ACER Iconia One 10 B3-A20 tablet.
After restoring the factory settings, there is a problem, the new installation comes to the authentication where the tablet asks me to enter a gmail email or a phone number that was previously set on this tablet.
I found instructions on how to get to the programmer's options through the tablet information and clicking several times in a certain place, but it does not work for me.
Apparently there is a way around this problem, but I don't know what .....

I am asking you for help, I can even pay for instructions on how to do it ...

Yes, there are several or even a dozen of these videos on YouTube and they generally all show the same thing. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for me

You can try to upload the new firmware and only then the method from the video. If that doesn't work, you will need to use an appropriate service box.
