    Gentlemen, as in the topic, I have LG K500N, if I want to turn it on, it is a black screen and shows the battery in the middle and a red question mark flashes in the middle of the battery, the phone does not respond to anything, whether connected to a computer or charging. The battery is new because I bought a new one and I don't know anymore. Can anyone help??

    The same problem happened with the first battery. It shows 4.89V on the charging connector and 4.16Volt on the battery connector, and when I connect the charger to 4.04 I charge and then discharge the battery. So I guess the charging system or what? But if there was a charging system, at least the batteries would be detected.

    I have the same and I have no idea to go on? Similar measurements. Even a battery charged by another k500 does not help, the one that does not turn on still sleeps.
