LG G Pad8.0 tablet Exclamation mark in yellow triangle next to the battery while

Hey. I'll start with the fact that so far the tablet has been great. However, today after discharging it I connected it to charging. Apparently everything is ok, but when it was about to turn on next to the battery an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle pops up. I will add that the tablet has never been wet. I checked other chargers and connected to a computer via USB, still the same. What can be about? I can't remove the battery and do a hard reset because I don't know the up down key combination. ; /

This symbol indicates a problem with the battery - usually it is when the battery is no longer charging - to be replaced. Hard reset does not help in this case.
