    Hello,
    I have an SSATA ADATA Ultimate SU800 128GB drive, which has the recommended SATA 3 interface, and my motherboard ASUS m5a78l-m lx3 has SATA 2, this translates into a drop in performance, but is it normal that the disc catches the freeza for 20sec to 1-2 min?
    Is it possible to fix it somehow?
