I have problems with my computer, I do not turn it on, I get such errors PXE-E61 and PXE-M0F (the motherboard is probably Intel Undi PXE 2.0 if there is such a disc) and below that the system is blocked and nothing can be done to do.
Unless I turn it off and on again, I immediately start the emergency windows, what are these errors and how to fix it so that everything is fine? Thanks in advance for your help and best regards

Hello ! ... you entered too little data about the hardware, system!
Besides, what are the messages accompanying these errors?
You did not change the settings in the bios? Have you changed your network card?

Probably the text looks like this:
PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cables
    PXE-MOF: Exiting nVidia boot agent
Disk Boot Failure, insert system disk and press enter
    ?
    Google is your friend:

    http://www.nocrash.com/ncbbs/msgs/3247.shtml
    and in addition:
    http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/cs-002871.htm

It follows that you are trying to boot from something that cannot boot from (sorry for the construction of the sentence). Check the boot order in the BIOS. Also check tapes and cables, disks, cd drives, and other devices you want to boot from.

ghost666 exactly such errors I mean, but I do not understand what this is about booting booting because I was not going to do anything like that, I do not even know what it is :) )) I don't even know what it could have done, because everything was fine and suddenly something like that.
Toni_2003, the system is XP, what should you give about the hardware? I did not play anything in bios because I do not look there and I do not have a network card.

Okay, I thought so ;) . So in turn:
    * Reset the BIOS.
    * Check the hard disk and disk tape.

Booting is the same as booting the system. The PXE-E61 error indicates that go media (i.e. the middle - in your case the HDD) does not pass the test test failure . The computer advises checking the cables. Take the drive out and attach it to another computer for a thorough Scandisk. Perhaps reinstalling the system would help, and perhaps fixing the MBR would work.

ghost666 and how is bios reset ??? As for the rest of things, I will check as much as possible, ah, and one more thing about fixing the MBR. Maybe you laugh at these questions, but I'm not in it that much, so I do not understand many things, thanks for your understanding and for your help, I GET GREETS

As for the bios reset, you must refer to the manual. And instead of repairing mbr-a manually boot from the XP tile and do a repair install or something.

This is not really a BIOS reset, but a CMOS reset that stores the system configuration. The BIOS cannot be reset. Get the manual for your motherboard and look for information regarding a jumper called CLEAR CMOS or something similar. You didn't give your motherboard a tag, so I can't give you an exact tag.
Next, check the cables. We will think about the rest depending on the results of these basic activities

Thanks all for help, I even found the jumper responsible for Bios, I did a reset, but it did not help, but I changed the tape from the disk, I disconnected the old one and I connected the CD-ROM and the computer turned on without problems :) Once again, thanks to everyone who gave good advice, it is definitely useful for the future. GREETINGS

I close everything explained about it.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around troubleshooting PXE-E61 and PXE-M0F boot errors on a system likely using Intel Undi PXE 2.0. The user experiences boot failure, indicated by messages such as "Media test failure, check cables" and "Exiting nVidia boot agent." Responses suggest checking the BIOS settings, verifying the boot order, and inspecting hardware connections, particularly the hard disk and cables. Recommendations include resetting the BIOS (CMOS), checking for physical issues with the hard drive, and potentially repairing the Master Boot Record (MBR) using Windows XP installation media. Ultimately, the user resolved the issue by changing the disk cable and connecting a CD-ROM, allowing the computer to boot successfully.
