Huawei B315s-22 Power LED Only: Repair Guide for USB Cable & E3256sBootRomDownloadTool Usage

    Hello
I managed to put the Router Huawei B315s-22. It did not turn on and only the power LED was on and sometimes flashed and there was no reaction:
We will need a computer, a USB cable type AA male, a soft program and the batch file itself (in the attachment)

We will pick up our router, remove any plugs from it, unscrew it -2 screws one hidden under the seal
    2. Gently pry the plastic cube and split the casing
    3. unscrew one screw that holds the main board
    4. connect the usb cable to the computer and to our router
    5. run the program E3256sBootRomDownloadTool-2s and select "BootRom" and add the file "usbloader.bin"
    6. Click Next (we open a new window in which we click "Scan & Upgrade"
    7. We are making a jumper with tweezers as I have shown in the picture and holding it so we connect the power supply, the computer will detect our router with the characteristic sound of connecting a USB device and it will start to soften our router (it is not software) the operation takes very quickly. (I did not have time to do the pics at the end of the soft-up)
    8. Later, run our device to pat the 192.168.8.1 and edit the file which takes over 65MB

I did it under Windows 7 to 10, it may not actually be drivers

I will say this in my white LED lights but I have uploaded fw because I see it as a program to connect the router in USB mode. For me, there is such a strange thing that I do not have IP router does not see the page 192.168.8.1 you can somehow upload it on the router or rather it is some serious fault

Everything is nice only after this operation (from what I see) we get a router with the IMEI number removed. Is there any way to enter it manually? The operator may block the device after some time.

Where does this idea come from? IMEI usually blur on screens.

On the screenshots from the Boot Room Download Tool, the IMEI field and the serial number also remain blank. This program modifies the boot area and the manufacturer has to store these individual device numbers somewhere. I would like to be wrong and I hope that the author will explain the matter.

As far as I know, IMEI can be entered manually and the device without IMEI number will not log on to the network so I do not see the problem. No blocking will be.

    Thanks for the guide.

I've fixed this way. The only problem that arose is the need to use the program Balong USB Downloader instead E3256sBootRomDownloadTool because he did not want to find the device. What to posts above. I do not see any problem with the IMEI number.

    Greetings Tomek
