    Hello all.

The standard error was F21 washing machine Bosch Maxx 5. I have reset. The error is gone, but the drum of the washing machine does not move. As I move, it moves freely. The program responds to almost all the information from the programmer in addition to spinning the drum. The water is being poured in, the powder is being carried out, but no filming or spinning is taking place. The programmer goes on and continues to pump out water, etc.
Maybe some hints? Would I look myself? Just what to pay attention to (it would be cheaper)?

First of all, check the condition of the brushes in the motor.

    Thank you for your help.

I am a layman and I unscrewed the bottom of the washing machine, I took out the engine, put in new carbon brushes, turned everything up, and flew like new. It's a little hissing but probably the brushes have to get through.
Thank you again for your help.

The new brushes should match the commutator with a pumice stone. Check that the engine does not spark too much, if so you are waiting for the brushes to reach.
