2001 Seat Ibiza 2FL: Programming Remote Control for Ignition and VW Door Lock Issue

Hello. I have ibize from 2001. When I bought, I got 2 keys - one original from the seata with the remote control, which is to the ignition station, the other from the Volkswagen who opens the door. Apparently, the castle was once mentioned. The problem is that I would like to program this remote control under the lock. The standard programming that can be found in the instructions does not work, ie the key blinks 5 times, but nothing happens with the lock. Does anyone know what the problem may be?

Show this remote control how it looks inside and give pics of subtitles from its housing.
In this yearbook should be a radio remote and there's nothing flashes in it when adding (flashes when you press open / close but not 5x).
In my opinion, someone lost the keys from the car, what the lock are from VW and to the ignition from Seat but older where the central was infrared and you should be radio.
