    Hello

I have an IPOX PX-AHD0421H recorder. Once I set up recording on 2 channels, changed the password from the factory 123456 to ??? ( I do not remember).
Recently I bought 2 cameras, I wanted to record on 4 channels, but I can't log in - I forgot my password. I read that there are some backdoors, e.g. 8888 * day * month * year - but it doesn't work.
I also tried via telnet. I found passwords on the network:

    - xc3511
    -vixcv
    - 7ujMko0

It turned out that neither of these passwords also "telnet". The question is, does anyone know how to reset passwords in this recorder?

    1. The default password is 123456 - it is written in the recorder's manual. The admin password is not working.
    2. After removing the battery from the motherboard, only the clock loses its memory and you have to reset the time and date.
    3. There is no microswitch on the motherboard (I know there is one in bcs) so I can't reset it this way.

    I noticed a sticker TW2704AS-C (V1.3) 1606110992 on the motherboard - maybe it will be a hint

Do not write nonsense - it only creates complications, even if you cannot use the one-day password and the only thing that remains is a paid service on the manufacturer's website.

You misled the Author with your ignorance, which would make it impossible to even use the daily password (some companies are able to provide it even over the phone) - now he will have to send the device back to the service and bear the costs - will you cover it?

At the moment, the equipment will go to the site anyway

Now for sure - thanks to your "golden thought".
All that remains now is to upload the new firmware.
@ karol-Jaskulski Have you used remote view? If so, try logging in with the password you used for this purpose.

You do not know the topic - do not comment and do not mislead.

Yes, and I find no further discussion pointless.
