[Solved] How to Perform a Hard Reset on BCS XVR0801-II Recorder Without Passwords

I am looking for information on how to reset the BCS XVR0801-II recorder - to factory settings.
I took over the operation of the company from my "predecessor", who left no logins or passwords.
The email account saved during the first registration is also no longer valid (we do not have access to it and we will not have it).

How - and is there any way to perform a hard reset on this recorder yourself?
It doesn`t depend on settings or recordings. We just need to restart the recorder.

Try the program in the attachment.

Enter the current date shown on the recorder and click Create PW

Then log in using the admin username and the generated password

Unfortunately - "invalid password".

You hold the button for 15 seconds, release it, restart the device and the factory is ready.
