    Hello. I have navker active 6 lmu plus navigation. She doesn't have a truck mode by default, is it possible to upload this option?
    And if you can't, I would like to install IGO primo truck or Igo nextgen.

    Active has no truck mode - the transit version has this option. To install igo primo you need to unlock the device or you can substitute the original navigation program.

    And how do you substitute everything to work? I mainly mean TMC? Or maybe it is possible to upload the software from the transit version?

    It is not possible to upload transit to active. That is why the manufacturer sells two lines of devices to use either this or that. On igo primo tmc should work after configuration.

    And how do you upload igo primo to this navigation? What files to replace so that everything works and what version will be the best for this device? And is it true that Becker maps work with igo?

    Becker maps are compatible with igo - this is the same product in a different package. See the file structure of the device - the original software is in the Navigator folder and the startup file is called Navigator.exe - the same principle applies to igo primo and works.

    So I have to put the files from Igo into the navigator folder and it will work?

    Yes - if the structure and names are preserved as in the original, yes.

    I have replaced the files but the message '' user interface resolution is not supported or compatible skin can not be found '' pops up and the device turns off.

    You have an igo with the wrong resolution. What is the message about?

    Do I need to change anything in the sys.txt file?

    You can, but you don't have to. The program will run even without this file.

    Igo has started, but TMC is not there. No icon is displayed. how to remedy this?

    You must configure TMC in the configuration files.

    in the data.zip file you have the config folder and the devices folder inside. In the navigator folder you create the config folder and copy the devices folder to it.
    config
    |
    -----> devices

    you give the original sys.txt file and tmc works.
    no, you can't give the entire data.zip file because it won't work.

    I have something like this on my 6S, everything works great, I even started TALK (voice dialing address) TMC online ok.
    Everything ok except one, TMC / radio only selects up to 8 messages, TMC graphics work, shows that it searches but the messages do not increase.
    I would like to be independent of the telephone, e.g. abroad.
    I will check "your" and share my insights ...
    thank you
    I checked downloaded ....
    generally it is ok (maps without pl, old, TMC / radio does not work, no license, after adding, as in "mine", it only selects up to 8 messages, TMC / online BT, ok)
    becker active 6s has no wifi, so you can add sections in sys.txt:
    [Config.unav.wifi]
    available = 0
    the unnecessary button / button wifi settings will disappear
    ... I haven't solved my problem with TMC / radio ... but thank you for the hint
    and I am waiting for someone who will solve my problem (tmc from the radio antenna, few messages, up to 8 pcs)

Topic summary

The Becker Active 6 LMU Plus navigation device does not come with a truck mode by default, which is available in the transit version. Users can install IGO Primo Truck or IGO Nextgen by unlocking the device and replacing the original navigation software. To successfully upload IGO, the files must be placed in the Navigator folder, maintaining the original file structure. Compatibility issues may arise if the IGO version has a resolution mismatch, and TMC functionality requires specific configuration in the device's files. Users have reported that Becker maps are compatible with IGO software. Configuration of TMC involves editing files within the data.zip structure, specifically creating a config folder and copying the devices folder into it.
