What is your meter, like VDO, maybe you can do other than just a programmer.

No DIAGNOSTIC TESTER will do the correction (almost none) and certainly not ADP. you need something for correction, vag tacho, commander etc. Nevertheless, in such a car it will be cheaper to outsource it to someone than to invest in equipment.

I read somewhere that you can pull out such a cable for about PLN 30 more or less. And download the program to which you can undo the counter what do you think about it? The second thing that such equipment will be useful for sure I can also invest is not important. I just want to do it myself for my satisfaction among others.

Look at the well-known auction site, read what they have in the list and you'll know what suits you best. There is such a huge amount of equipment that it's hard to say unanimously what to buy. Regarding what you write, I hear first.
