Samsung UE60J6240 - Symmetrical bright round spots on the TV matrix.

Since January 2017, I have been the owner of the Samsung UE60J6240 TV.
A few dozen days ago, I noticed on the TV matrix, especially on the right side, with a bright background of the image, especially white, visible round brighter discolorations of the size of "tennis balls". Discoloration is in vertical lines at regular intervals. Round points are visible on the entire matrix, although, as I mentioned above, they are most visible on the right.
The problem reported to the website, and I am asking you to assess whether it is a damaged matrix?

My parents had the same problem on the TV. The Tv Samsung Ue50ku6072 model, also like your TV bought in January, and the round discoloration, most visible in the lower right corner, also became visible in April. After replacing the matrix, the problem returned, I bet that in November (my parents see badly so only when I go to them, I notice this defect). Discoloration is most visible in the lower right corner.

The good news is that your matrix is working so far. You have a problem with the backlight. If it is not damaged, then practice shows that some TV models just have it. in this forum as well.
