Seicento 110 from 2000 single point injection + LPG
It fires up without any problems, but after adding gas, it stops firing the injection, even with fire. Replaced CANDLES, CABLES, COILS SHAFT POSITION SENSOR for new ones. Replaced map sensor used. Timing phases checked and they are ok. Replaced the head of the intake manifold and the injection device [the carburetor is given for orientation purposes]. Compression on all cylinders after 11.
It lights up slightly and there is an effect as if one of the cylinders was not working. Removing another high-voltage cable suggests that this particular cylinder does not work and the same on the next ones. When you add gas, it sometimes shoots fire at the carburettor, it turns into a bad speed and when it gets high it works properly. Checked on the computer, it shows slow changing revolutions about 700-110, ignition from 9 to 16 degrees, constant data changes here. I still have a suspicion on the computer, but is there a problem. It fumes blue with a change to black fumes when you add gas.
I'm waiting for a golden hint

The fuel pressure is about 1 bar at the injection inlet? What indications in the program of the pressure sensor in the intake manifold (MAP) before and after firing? It shoots on gas as well as on gas?

Provide more information about when this started to happen, after any repairs etc.
As for checking the "valve timing" - does this engine have "its" camshaft, nobody has changed anything there, has regulated valve clearances, etc.
There can be many reasons for this behavior ...

I would be picking on that.

    I answer
Compression pressure is checked several times and 11 has it. In the meantime, the head was replaced because there was a suspicion that it was blowing between the cylinders. The valve clearances are well checked and the plates rotate freely as the cam has released them. Before and after replacing the head, the phases are checked and there are marks in place. The vacuum sensor was changed during the problem to a used one, and here only the improvement of the ignition was obtained from about 30 degrees to 9-16, which changed with the engine's operation. The timing lower pulley may have a broken wedge, have you set to the lock and the mark on the flywheel?

to Karizmo and Andrzej, the topic of the small exclusion wheel is ok and it is an 1100 engine and not 900.

    Seicento fixed.
The cause of the engine stalling and firing the carburettor was a damaged computer. Replacing it with a used organ with a donor solved the problem.
Thank you for all your hints and interest.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Fiat Seicento 1100 engine exhibiting erratic behavior, particularly when running on LPG. The engine starts without issues but stalls after accelerating, with symptoms suggesting a misfire in one or more cylinders. The user has replaced several components, including spark plugs, cables, coils, and the intake manifold head, while also checking compression and timing phases. Despite these efforts, the engine continues to show blue smoke and inconsistent RPM readings. Responses from other users suggest checking fuel pressure, valve timing, and the condition of the timing lower pulley. Ultimately, the issue was resolved by replacing a damaged engine control unit (ECU), which restored proper function.
